Tom Jarman started fly fishing as a young boy with his father in the UK on local stillwaters. After moving back to Australia, he spent his school years fishing on Victorian rivers and Tasmanian lakes. At age 16 Tom started competition fly fishing, and by 18 was selected to represent Australia internationally. Over Tom's competition career he has won numerous competitions across Australia. He has represented Australia internationally consistently finishing in the top 25 of the World Championships.
Tom guides in Tasmania and in Victoria, as well as running regular clinics and seminars. The most rewarding part of his work is being able to watch anglers develop and improve over days, weeks and even years. He enjoys working with fly fishers to help them become the best angler they can be.
