Two-Handers

… While I enjoy summertime dry fly fishing as much as anyone, the reality is that as much as we want these hot, long days to last forever, time inevitably marches onward and the short, cold, rainy days of winter are just around the corner, and yet I cannot help but feel excited. Excited about the coming season, for its bright chrome and iridescent rainbow trout, for long evenings tying flies and drinking whiskey with mates as the fire dries our waders, but most importantly, excited to get back to swinging flies with two-handed rods …
