    Hello team,

    Hello team,

Going to be spending A week sailing around the whitsundays with my family and I should get some opportunities to duck off and throw some flies around. Looking for fly suggestions for Spanish mackerel, queen fish, and Trevally.  Any favorite or well-known spots would Be appreciated too

    Thanks heaps!

GT Brush Flies, Profile flies, Clousers and Bucktail Deceivers work well. A popper or two can be fun.

Awesome, thank you Chris. Been tying the clousers and the deceivers, I will get to work on the others. I’ll say good day to Glynn Jones when I see him this morning for you

I’ve enjoyed fishing the north side of Hill Inlet – the Marine National Park finishes at Hill Inlet. There’s a good bay for mooring just around the point to the north. The two times I’ve been there there were plenty of smaller queen fish, trevally and schools of milk fish.
