    Iv followed these threads over the last few seasons , dreaming of one day getting down to tassie .
    About a month ago i got a uni offer for AMC in Launceston so here i am 🙂
    Look forward to meeting some of you guys out around the place .
    Iv had pretty good start to the season , found plenty of nice water and even got a couple on the dry .

    yep is a Nth east stream .
    Couldnt believe the clarity .Went from flood levels to this within a week .

    I think I’ll be into it this weekend. The reason why I think that, is the forecast for rain and showers all week.
    Flooded margins here I come.
    On the other plus side, I think I’ve cranked out about 150 flies this last week. Sometimes the switch is always flicked on.

    Nice to have this going again.

    Nice fish Roger. There’s been a few getting caught there apparently. A mate got two 4 to 5 pounders there on Thursday from the shore with a fuzzle bugger.

    Thought I’d post up some pics from the first few weeks of my season, finding clear and fishable water has been a battle but has made me explore new areas and techniques.. Geez it’s good to be back on the streams…
