    Hi folks, just a heads up for some stolen gear. In the wee hours a few days ago someone did a break in at Essential Flyfisher in Launceston. A lot of high end reels went missing, so be very cautious about new reels being offered with no boxes or protectors or warranty cards.

    I love how no one realises everything is serial numbered.

    even if you were to receive these items you’d need be bloody good at ‘at home’ repairs.

     

    first thing all these firms do at repair time is run the serial number. and you know what happens when they don’t match as registered…

    now would be a good time for everyone to record these numbers.
