Eildon Pondage

There is reasonable fishing here all year round, in calm conditions it is common to see rising fish. The most consistent way to catch fish here is by covering water fishing streamers, wet flies or nymphs, even when there are trout rising. Over summer and the warmer months, dry fly fishing in the evenings can be productive as there are a wide range of insects the fish look to eat off the surface.
