Two new SolarFlex Hoodies are now part of an updated Simms SolarFlex collection. The SolarFlex Guide hoody and SolarFlex Wind hoody both utilise a new proprietary SolarFlex fabric which is more breathable, whilst maintaining the UPF50+ sun protection and moisture wicking properties. Less sunscreen and more sun protection.

The new Guide hoody offers you the maximum sun protection across the SolarFlex range with a 3-panel hood designed to shield you from the sun and to stay on with a stretch binding and snap closure. With an integrated face gaiter, it provides a full-coverage hood and extended sleeves for essential back-of-hand sun protection.

If conditions get blustery, then the SolarFlex Wind Hoody deflects blowy conditions, while keeping the same lightweight, stretchy performance and fast-drying, UPF 50+ sun protection.

Like the Guide hoody, the Wind hoody is built with Simms’ highest performing solar protective knit fabric, combined with a lightweight wind-blocking ripstop overlay that feels smooth to the touch, stretches for comfort, dries fast and keeps you odour-free with HeiQ Fresh and HeiQ Stain protection.
